The company was founded in 2002 by veteran media executive Adam Ware who had held senior management positions with News Corporation, Interactive Corp and Paramount Television. His work includes the launch and expansion of five TV networks (broadcast and cable), management of one the largest TV station groups in the US and has worked in the “general market”, “multicultural” and “lifestyle” media sectors
